1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and biji99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the biji99 website at biji99.vip and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, crash games, and slot machines.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) biji99 account. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. biji99 may close all duplicate accounts without notice and may retain any remaining balances where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

biji99 is operated for and targeted at players located in Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law is not permitted. 3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your account. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be considered your responsibility unless you have notified biji99 promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

biji99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your account. biji99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

biji99 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national ID card or passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and confirmation of your registered payment method (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account linked to your registered number). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

biji99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms has been identified; (b) fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion is suspected; (c) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; (d) chargebacks or disputed transactions have been raised; or (e) the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any wagering activity. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a verified account in good standing will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bet tokens, and deposit match offers issued by biji99 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer — uncompleted wagering will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited at expiry.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 6. Game Rules and Betting
